We're here to help you achieve your goals. Classic is not for the faint of heart. And if you want to be a true champion... Good is not good enough. You will have to learn to be uncomfortable being uncomfortable. And we expect that you will give 100% every day. If that makes you feel a little nervous, fired-up or crazy for starting this journey... You are on the right path. We're serious about helping you succeed and we are committed to creating a healthy culture for you to excel and thrive. Your "Why" power

Everyone has a WHY. Your WHY is the purpose, cause or belief that inspires you. As Frederick Nietzsche said, “He who has a why can endure any how.” And you are going to need to dig deep every day from now and until Classic. Remember why you got started and declare your goals to the group.

Measurements, Photos, & Macros

You can not improve that which you do not measure. Please weigh-in, take measurements and submit the following after uploading (front, side and back) photos and macros into your personal Facebook album.


Posing and Presentation

March 23 and Every Friday

Perfect practice makes perfect! Submit your 30-60 second posing videos in your personal album in our private Facebook group!


Classic Curriculum Moving Forward

Basic information we'll cover...

On Monday's we'll show you how to develop a winner's mindset.

On Tuesdays, we'll offer up our most valuable nutrition tips.

Wednesdays we'll push you through your workouts with fitness advice.

Thursdays, you are expected to "Check-in"

Fridays, you must submit a 1 minute posing video.

Saturdays, don't expect to hear from us unless urgent!

Sundays, we'll organize a "live" team call for Q&A + more.
