We are a little more than half-way through the year (give or take a few weeks) which is the perfect time to take pause and reflect on the resolutions that you made for 2018! Whether it’s losing 5 pounds or 5 bad habits, walking 20 minutes per day or running 20 miles per week, lifting more often or lifting more weight, etc: the common thread we share is our pursuit of a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life. 

If you are not a part of the 9% that have achieved their New Year's resolutions already, join us and recommit to finishing the year strong! Since our return from our successful trip to Indianapolis, we have been working hard in and outside of the gym. We're focused on building healthier bodies and eager to bring more value to our customers, clients, followers, friends, and family!

Our biggest project on the table includes releasing a health and fitness APP, but before we get too far ahead of ourselves, it's important to note that today marks the launch of our first bi-weekly newsletter! We intend to pack each email with simple, yet effective health and fitness advice that can be easily absorbed with a morning cup of coffee and consumed as fast as you can eat a taco on Tuesday.
