Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are one of the simplest make-ahead breakfasts. No cooking is required and you can make one serving, or several, in about the same amount of time. So, why not prep a few jars at once and have breakfast in the bag for the whole week?

Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup dry old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology of protein powder of choice

  • ⅔ cup water or Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of fresh fruit (We personally love blueberries)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine oats and Vanilla Shakeology (or vanilla protein powder of choice) in a medium bowl; mix well.

  2. Add water and extract; mix well. Soak, covered, in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. In the morning, top with fruit; serve immediately.

  4. This delicious breakfast can also be made in a one-pint Mason jar.
