Overnight oats are one of the simplest make-ahead breakfasts. No cooking is required and you can make one serving, or several, in about the same amount of time. So, why not prep a few jars at once and have breakfast in the bag for the whole week?
½ cup dry old fashioned rolled oats
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology of protein powder of choice
⅔ cup water or Plain Greek Yogurt
½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup of fresh fruit (We personally love blueberries)
Combine oats and Vanilla Shakeology (or vanilla protein powder of choice) in a medium bowl; mix well.
Add water and extract; mix well. Soak, covered, in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with fruit; serve immediately.
This delicious breakfast can also be made in a one-pint Mason jar.
