Chocolate, Nut Butter, and Banana Shake
There are few food combinations more deliciously satisfying than nut butter and banana, and this shake has both — and more! It's a rich, decadent treat, but it can help set your day up for success or it can work as the perfect recovery shake with a good balance of carbs, protein, and fat!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup ice
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder of choice
2 tsp. all-natural nut butter
1/2 large FROZEN banana cut into chunks
Place almond milk, ice, chocolate protein powder, nut butter, and banana in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
