Creamy Chicken Salad
Skip the cheap oils and 3 day old food that has been chopped up and thrown together in some thick salty mayo for your consumption at the local deli and make this creamy chicken salad from scratch.
3 cups chopped chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped green apple
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
1/3 sliced raw almonds
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp chooped fresh tarragon
1/4 cup honey mustard dressing
8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
Combine chicken, apple, grapes, almonds, green onions, tarragon, in a large bowl with honey mustard dressing; mix well. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.
Serve 1 1/4 cupes over 2 cups of romaine lettuce for each serving.
